To offer Clients a proactive and an involved team player to achieve the best outcome for the client with the management of all contractual aspects including setting of a realistic budget and the ability to manage the budget to completion and final account.

We take part in the initial stages of a project to assist with setting realistic budgets and options for the client to proceed with the project. Owen Thindwa & Associates Quantity Surveyors is a consulting firm and adherers to the health & safety protocols instilled by the civil/ building contractors on site.

All field quantity surveyors are inducted and undergo medicals yearly as required by the client before they go to site.

We operate in terms of the environmental and health & safety requirements proposed to us by main contractors as we are not specialists on that field and our services rendered do not usually expose our employees to high risk situations. Should we be required to provide our own health & safety file, this can be done at no cost to the client.
